About the Exhibition
Lights of the Bay dives into the changing methods and technologies used when navigating the waters of Georgian Bay. It highlights the history of the lighthouses that light up the shoals and shores of the Parry Sound District and guide travelers to safety.
This exhibition was prompted by a collaborative project with Township of the Archipelago to temporarily store artifacts from the Pointe Au Baril lighthouse while it undergoes renovations.
